Unfortunately, once your order is placed we can't make any changes like adding items or updating delivery details. Our warehouse teams are super speedy to make sure you get your order quickly, but that means we have limited flexibility once it's been placed. However, you can easily return any unwanted items to us for a refund if the box is returned unopened.

Our warehouse works to dispatch orders really quickly to ensure that they arrive to you swiftly. Unfortunately this means that we are not able to amend your order details once it is confirmed.

We understand that it’s easy to forget a promotional code when placing an order. While we can’t apply discount codes or add gifts to completed orders, you can use the code on your next order if it hasn’t been redeemed and is still valid. Just keep in mind, this doesn’t apply to limited-time offers.

Delivery times can be affected by a variety of factors, so occasional delays may occur. Please keep in mind the following shipping times:

• Orders placed before 12pm (noon) Monday to Thursday are dispatched the same day.
• Orders placed after 12pm, on a Friday, or on a public holiday will be shipped on the next working day.
• We do not deliver on weekends or bank holidays.
• Royal Mail (UK standard) deliveries can take up to 3 days, this does not include weekends.

If your order is delayed beyond these expected timeframes, please contact our support team, and we’ll investigate the issue for you.

We understand how worrying it can be when your order shows as delivered but hasn’t arrived. Here’s what you can do to help us assist you:

• Check with your neighbours or anyone at home to see if they received the package for you.
• Verify the location on the proof of delivery to ensure it matches your address.
• Confirm whether you were at the delivery address when the package was delivered.
