We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Operations Manager to lead our busy Operations team and ensure smooth end-to-end processes across order fulfilment, warehousing, compliance and customer support. In this role, you’ll oversee team performance, drive process improvements, manage relationships with warehouses, and act as the key point of escalation for urgent issues.
