As a Head of Ecommerce, you will be a hands-on lead for nipandfab.com globally. This is a pivotal role responsible for driving digital growth, profitability, and customer lifetime value across our number one channel. You’ll define and execute the ecommerce strategy to meet ambitious revenue and margin targets, utilising first-party data to inform wider brand and omnichannel strategies. With full ownership of the ecommerce P&L, you’ll deliver short and long-term growth plans that boost traffic, conversion, AOV, and retention, while enhancing the user experience and optimising profitability. As a commercial and innovative leader, you’ll guide and develop the ecommerce team, fostering a performance-driven, DTC-first culture and driving Nip+Fab’s next phase of global expansion.

Senior National Account Manager – Nip+Fab
