Influencer Partnerships Manager – Nip+Fab
As an Influencer Partnerships Manager, you will establish processes and commercial KPIs, building and executing a full-funnel influencer strategy. Acting as a brand guardian across Meta and other platforms, you’ll optimise UK partnerships, source new talent, and lead expansion into the US and Australia as Nip+Fab re-enters these markets. You’ll ensure influencer content supports all omnichannel and paid media needs, oversee briefing and production, and continuously optimise spend across organic, paid, and affiliate partnerships. This hands-on role requires staying tapped into influencer culture, scouting authentic partners, and helping shape how consumers experience the Nip+Fab brand.
