We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Operations Manager to lead our busy Operations team and ensure smooth end-to-end processes across order fulfilment, warehousing, compliance and customer support. In this role, you’ll oversee team performance, drive process improvements, manage relationships with warehouses, and act as the key point of escalation for urgent issues. You’ll collaborate closely with Sales, Web, Credit Control, and IT teams on projects such as EDI integration, seasonal launches, and B2B requirements, while providing insightful reporting to support business decision-making. This is a hands-on leadership role with scope to develop the team, streamline operations, and make a real impact on the wider business.

The Video Producer will lead the creation of high-performing video content across paid social, organic channels and brand campaigns for Nip + Fab. Combining performance marketing with creative storytelling, this role is responsible for producing platform-first video content that drives engagement, conversion, and brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.
