We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Operations Manager to lead our busy Operations team and ensure smooth end-to-end processes across order fulfilment, warehousing, compliance and customer support. In this role, you’ll oversee team performance, drive process improvements, manage relationships with warehouses, and act as the key point of escalation for urgent issues. You’ll collaborate closely with Sales, Web, Credit Control, and IT teams on projects such as EDI integration, seasonal launches, and B2B requirements, while providing insightful reporting to support business decision-making. We’re looking for a driven and commercially minded Ecommerce Executive to join the Nip+Fab team. You’ll be responsible for maximising online sales and conversion through website optimisation, digital marketing activity, and continuous improvement of the customer journey. Working cross functionally and with external agencies, you’ll use data and insight to drive performance and support the day-to-day trading of a fast-growing beauty brand.
