This is a tracked courier service via FedEx which is shipped from our warehouse in Minnesota.

Unfortunately, Fedex are not able to ship to PO Boxes. Please contact our customer services team with any questions in relation to your order.

EU

Please note we are currently experiencing delays with deliveries due to Covid-19 and Customs Union. Please allow up to 14 working days. Our European service is operating normally via Royal Mail, however delays should be expected. Many countries have implemented special measures to combat the spread of Coronavirus COVID-19, especially at the borders and also for signature services during delivery to maintain social distancing. The number of countries we can access is changing daily. Please note there is a pause in operation via DPD until 12th January. This pause in operation will be as short as possible and we intend to recommence this service on Wednesday 13 January. If you are still awaiting your delivery, please track and trace your shipment to see its latest scan. We would kindly ask you for your patience as we try to get back to all of you as fast as possible 

We deliver to the following countries via Royal Mail tracked (please allow up to 14 working days) or via DPD courier service for an express service, which can be tracked and will need to be signed for at the delivery destination. Couriers will contact the customers to arrange payment for duties and taxes before making the delivery.

Delivery charges: Royal Mail tracked (7 days) - £9/€12, Free on orders over €150. DPD courier service from - £16/22€ 

Republic of Ireland:  €8, Free on orders over €50 with Royal Mail.

Shipping to China is via Fedex courier service which can be tracked and will need to be signed for at the delivery destination. Please allow up to 4 working days for delivery. For all orders to China, we can only permit orders up to a threshold of £80 (excluding delivery charges) due to customs restrictions. Please be aware that it is the customer’s responsibility to liaise directly with customs in order to receive the goods at the destination. Nip + Fab will not refund orders that have not cleared customs. Please note that deliveries to Indonesia will incur a local government tax, please consult regional government for charges and more information. Due to custom regulations and checks, please allow an additional 4 working days for delivery.

Refunds & Returns

We hope you will be delighted with your order. In the interests of hygiene and consumer safety, items can only be returned for a refund if they are unopened, unused and in a resaleable condition, and this must be done within 14 days. Please note that we do not cover the cost of returning the order and we suggest a tracked service to ensure safe delivery as we are not responsible for the returned order until it reaches us. Unfortunately we are unable to process any refunds or exchanges for products that were not purchased on Nipandfab.com. You will be required to contact the original place of purchase, as when you choose to purchase through other retailers you are committing to their individual terms and conditions regarding refunds and returns. 

Faulty Products

Our returns are usually processed within 7-10 working days from when they arrive back to us. They will be assessed and accepted if they are deemed as faulty.
Once the refund has been processed any funds due should appear on your bank statement within 5-21 working days (Please note thatNip + Fab 

 refund times are dictated by the card issuers and are outside our control).
This does not affect your statutory rights.

When returning your faulty products please include the invoice with the details of the products you are returning and enclose a detailed note with your returned parcel.
Please always include a convenient telephone number and your email address in case we need to contact you regarding your return. Please note that we do not cover the cost of returning the order and we suggest a tracked service to ensure safe delivery as we are not responsible for the returned order until it reaches us. Items lost in transit will not be treated as returned.
